Ordering Deadlines & Delivery Details
- Deadline for First Games: Please place your order by Friday August 21 to ensure timely delivery before our first games on September 12th.
- Initial Delivery: All initial uniform orders placed by Friday will be shipped together directly to coaches for easy team distribution.
- Orders Placed After Friday: Late orders will ship directly to your home address, but they may not arrive in time for the first game.
- Open All Season: The online store will remain open throughout the entire season so you can replace individual components or order extra apparel whenever you need it.
A Quick Note on Our Uniform Process
We know changing up a process can raise questions, so we wanted to share the strategy behind moving to direct uniform ordering this year:
- Predictable Registration Costs: Unbundling uniforms from registration allows us to stabilize core player fees for the next few years, giving families more predictability instead of across-the-board annual fee hikes.
- Investing Back into Our Club: This model frees up capital so we can direct funds right back into the areas that directly impact player experience—field and equipment upgrades, additional training programs, and player development opportunities.
- Streamlined & Faster Delivery: Direct ordering eliminates the bulk-shipping delays, sizing guesswork, and waste of previous seasons.
- Modernized Experience: This brings PYSA in line with standard practices across modern youth sports clubs, giving families full control over sizing and re-ordering.
- Supporting Our Volunteers: Most importantly, it removes a massive administrative burden from our volunteer board, allowing us to focus our energy where it matters most—on the field and on the kids!
